Classic Islay Blended Malt Scotch Whisky - The Hebridean island of Islay is renowned for the distinctive peaty style and smoky flavours of its whiskies. This Classic Islay Malt is a carefully selected blend of casks from some of the island's iconic distilleries, creating a balanced, complex and distinguished smoky dram.
Tempus, smoked Coppa(50g) - This Coppa comes from a multiple award winning charcutier based in Surrey. This offers a balanced, delicately spiced and incredibly tasty addition to any board.
Mayté Chorizo(220g) - This chorizo is made with pork from the Ibaïama pig which is a slow growth black pig that spends its life in the foothills of the Pyrenees. This gives the meat a its nutty flavour and a good distribution of its fat. It is flavoured with piment d'esplette (a protected spice produced exclusively in Esplette - a uniquely mild chilli and smoky flavour).
Béret Basque au Poivre(250g) - Also comes from our Ibaïama pork supplier. Interestingly shaped like a Béret, this charcuterie is a great addition to the hamper.
