Our smoked Coppa(50g) and house Salami(50g) comes from Tempus, a multiple award winning charcutier based in Surrey. They offer a balanced, delicately spiced and incredibly tasty addition to any board.
Our Pâté(180g), Chorizo(220g) and Béret Basque au Poivre(250g) come from our Ibaïama pork supplier. The Ibaïama pig is a slow growth black pig that spends its life in the foothills of the Pyrenees. The pâté and chorizo are flavoured with piment d'esplette (a protected spice produced exclusively in Esplette - a uniquely mild chilli and smoky flavour).
