Alexis Muñoz's Green Olive Oil (25cl) and Black Olive Oil (25cl) - Alexis is a taster for the International Olive Council and supplier to some of the best chefs in Europe. The Green olive oil is made from Picual olives from Cordoba in Andalusia (Spain) and is perfect with raw vegetables, fresh goat cheeses and smoked salmon. The Black olive oil is made from Cornicabra olives from Toledo in Castilla La Mancha (Spain). This oil is perfect on top of mashed potatoes, meats and fishes, winter soups or salads of cold.
Edmond Fallot Dijon Mustard (250g) - Fallot Mustard Mill has been an independent, family-owned Burgundy company since 1840. This exceptional Dijon mustard comes in the nostalgic stoneware pot, which guarantees optimal preservation of the characteristic sharpness.
Pâté au Piment d'Espelette (180g) - This Basque country pâté has a slightly spicy taste. Since 1884, the Mayté family has carried on the tradition of Basque charcuterie and this pâté is a wonderful example. Perfect on warm toast or crusty baguette.
Dorset Smoked Sea Salt (125g) - Hand-harvested on Chesil beach in Dorset, the salt is smoked over apple oak wood chips and is perfect to be sprinkled over everything from fillet steak to buttery scrambled eggs.
