The Charcuterie & Cheese Hamper
A lovely selection of our favourite charcuterie and cheeses from France and the UK.
House Salami(50g) This comes from Tempus, a multiple award winning charcutier based in Surrey. This offers a balanced, delicately spiced and incredibly tasty addition to any board.
Chorizo(220g) and Béret Basque au Poivre(250g) We've sourced these from our Ibaïama pork supplier, in the Basque country. The Ibaïama pig is a slow growth black pig that spends its life in the foothills of the Pyrenees. The chorizo is flavoured with piment d'esplette (a protected spice produced exclusively in Esplette - a uniquely mild chilli and smoky flavour).
Colton Bassett Stilton (500g) - Mellow, smooth and creamy with evenly spread blue veins, it balances sweet, savoury and salty notes. Wonderously complex.
Camembert Fromagerie du Val d'Ay (250g) - Deeply flavoured, aged before delivery this unpasteurised cheese is everything a connoisseur would want from a Camembert.
