The Steak & Smoked Salmon Hamper
This hamper is ideal for someone who appreciates good food as both the fillet steak and smoked salmon is served in Michelin star restaurants!
2 x fillet steaks (generously cut portions of 200g each) - Our beef fillet steaks are legendary. This is the same steak that we normally sell to our Michelin star restaurant clients. Our fillets come from naturally reared grass fed French cattle. Full of flavour, incredibly tender - an absolute treat.
Traditional artisanally smoked salmon (400gr) - We love to find people who produce amazing things and we found Spring's recently. Based in the South Downs National Park, they are a true traditional smokery. They hand fillet every side, cure (far longer) using only salt and hang smoke in their brick kilns for over 24hrs using only whole oak logs.
Edmond Fallot Dijon Mustard (250g) - Fallot Mustard Mill has been an independent, family-owned Burgundy company since 1840. This Dijon mustard comes in the nostalgic stoneware pot, which guarantees optimal preservation of the characteristic sharpness.
Dorset Smoked Sea Salt (125g) - Hand-harvested on Chesil beach in Dorset, the salt is smoked over apple oak wood chips and is perfect to be sprinkled over everything from fillet steak to buttery scrambled eggs.

Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Maison Jaffelin - Founded in 1816, the Maison Jaffelin house is now considered the smallest of the great houses of Burgundy. The Maison Jaffelin vinifies and ages their wines in the historic centre of Beaune in the prestigious cellars of the Chapter of Our Lady of the twelfth century, maintaining traditional methods. This Blanc de Blancs Crémant de Bourgogne is elaborated only from white grapes, and mainly Chardonnay. Made in the traditional way, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle to obtain more delicate and fine bubbles.
Château Belvue Cuvée l’Emotion (75cl) - A family estate for four generations in the west of Bordeaux, Chateau Belvue are renowned for their regular medal-winning wines such as Cuvee L'Emotion. Blended with merlot, cabernet sauvignon and Malbec grapes, it boasts a rich ruby hue. Revealing an expressive nose of small-berried fruit and spices mingled with a hint of sweet pepper, it showcases a harmonious structure and creamy and crunchy texture.
